Hi! I’m Yishu Li, I’m a first-year MSR student at Robotics Institute, Carnegie Mellon Univeristy. I graduated from Computer Science and Technology Department in Tsinghua University with a minor in statistics at June 2024.

My general research interest lies in general manipulation, and combining theory with learning algorithms. Specifically, I’m interested in multimodality (multiple input modality / multiple mode distribution) and generalization.

I had the priviledge of working with Professor Li Yi on hand-object interaction video understanding, and Professor Yongjin Liu on 3D vision at Tsinghua University. I also had a wonderful time carrying out summer research in R-Pad Lab in CMU RI, focused on handling ambiguities in articulated objects manipulation, advised by Professor David Held.
